Ruben is from a small town that was nice, but didn't offer much in education or job opportunities. It was mostly a farm town so they mostly taught about agriculture but Ruben didn't want to do that so he moved to a big city where he found better education programs that help him learn more about what he wanted to do with his life. He always was good in all his math classes, it came easy to him. He got a scholarship to Columbia University where he got masters degree in business administration and economics. He then went to a small company to work on the financial department where he got discovered by a bigger company and started working as an assistant for their CFO. He was discovered by his current boss when he was working there and was asked to be the CFO of that company, he is now the CFO of the company of the product B.C.360. The CEO recruited me with one other person when we attended the UC Berkeley.Tying to find high experience people to come to the company so he gave me a chance to take a chance in his position. |
